Kura Design and Shoes By Kymyla are pleased to announce that Shop For Success, a charity shopping event benefiting the nonprofit organization Dress for Success, will be held Sunday, July 19th from 4-7pm at Phoenix Bridal and Formal Boutique, 3222 M Street NW, Suite 245 in Georgetown. This event is free of charge!
The Shop For Success charity shopping event brings together three unique boutiques, selling the best in custom designer apparel, exquisite handbags, and fabulous footwear. Guest will have the opportunity to be measured by a professional tailor and receive advice from a stylist on choosing the right accessories to compliment their outfit. The event also includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, and music.
Dress for Success provides free professional clothing in support of community job placement programs for those seeking to leave welfare for the rewards of not just employment but a profession and a better future.
Guest who donate gently worn and dry cleaned women’s suits, closed-toe dress shoes, handbags and/or briefcases, will receive 15% off their entire purchase and a fantastic swag bag that includes lots of goodies from local designers and businesses!
