Pairing Series: Food & Wine 101

Learn the ABCs of food and wine pairing in the introductory session of our Pairing Series, wine tasting seminars and dinners held each week at The International Culinary Center.
Each Monday, The International Culinary Center opens its Wine Theater to the public for wine tasting seminars and tutored pairing dinners featuring local wines. During the month of July, we highlight wines from the neighboring Santa Cruz Mountains.
Explore a range of bottles in a lecture led by Certified Sommelier Laurie Lindrup, CEC, CS, CSW, FWS. Afterward, proceed to The International Culinary Center's private dining room—the Monte Bello. You'll enjoy a three-course wine pairing dinner, prepared by our students, and Laurie will be on hand to discuss each of her handpicked wine selections.
