Peace Corps provides an opportunity for Americans to become citizens of the world. By becoming a Volunteer, you'll learn a new language, immerse in a culture different than your own, and impact a community with your technical knowledge. Sound good? Join us for an information session to learn more about this unique experience. Returned Peace Corps volunteer Janet Schuhl will share her experience as a Primary teacher trainer in Vanuatu from 2006 -2008, and talk about the application process.

We recommend you submit your application as early as possible so we can match your skills to openings as they become available. Plan ahead and apply a year in advance of your target departure date. An expressed interest in a program area, a college degree, and a commitment to public service are helpful in securing a Volunteer assignment.
