CAHL Face-to-Face Event: Implementing Successful Strategic Plans

We welcome you to join your ACHE colleagues from the California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL) for networking and a stimulating panel discussion on implementing strategic plans. This event will be held at the brand new John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, which recently opened in April of this year.
The evening's discussion will center on panelist's experiences and advice on the successful execution of strategic plans. Please join us as we welcome our panelists:
- Ralph Silber, Executive Director, Alameda Health Consortium and Chief Executive Officer, Community Health Center Network
- Bill Graham, Chief Strategy Officer - Bay Service Area, Dignity Health
- Judie Wilson, Executive Director, Performance Improvement and Quality Effectiveness - John Muir Health
Erick Berry, Area Quality Leader, Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Sacramento, will moderate the discussion.
Bring your friends and colleagues. ACHE member registration is $25, non-member registration is $30, and student registration is $10. Hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer will be served before and after the discussion.
This program has been developed and is presented locally by CAHL. ACHE has awarded 1.5 ACHE Face-to-Face Education Credits to this program.

Entrance and Parking:
The main entrance to the John Muir Medical Center, Walnut Creek is on La Casa Via off of Ygnacio Valley Road. Turn left into the parking garage off at 133 La Casa Via. Our parking garage is open 24 hours with spaces for patients and visitors. Please park on the 5th and 6th floor. There is no charge for parking. Complimentary valet parking is also available near the main entrance to the medical center.
From the Parking Garage, proceed to the Main Entrance and take the main elevators (near the front information desk) to the Basement Level. From the elevator make an immediate left and continue down the long hallway until you see a sign stating Conference Center / Ball Auditorium. Ball Auditorium will be on your left.
