Learn the techniques of making the perfect Kansas City BBQ Sauce, Carolina BBQ Sauce, Traditional BBQ Rub. Learn the art of Brinin, and Marinating as well as the cooking techniques of Smoking, BBQing, and Grilling Pork Shoulde, Ribs and BBQ Salmon. All the classic sides of Kettle Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Marinated Slaw and Jalapeno Corn Bread. And for dessert, a delicious Trio of Sherbets.
