Join us for breakfast and a discussion with Tom Wong, Vice President, Dreamforce, Customer Marketing Programs at Salesforce.com and author of "Salesforce.com for Dummies." Tom is well-versed in the social media efforts Salesforce.com is making, including the integration of Twitter search into the module used by customer service reps, which promises to scale the ability to identify and respond to customer issues raised by users of the popular microblogging service.
