September 10, 2012 - Peter West:

Anti-Trust, RE11RC07 - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Anti-trust laws promote competition in the market place and inclused critical steps to being cooperative and competitive.

1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, RE27RC01 - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. - 1031 exchanges are not 'swaps' but intricate, useful ways to exchange real estate.  Learn about the various types, tax implications and history of exchanging property in Massachusetts.

Residential New Construction, RE46R05 - 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Enabling you to better assist consumers considering the purchase and remodeling, alteration or renovation of an existing dwelling, this course will share facts about consturction and offer highlights for land owners, builders and developers.

 

September 11, 2012 - Paula Savard:

Lead Paint - Residential Sales & Rentals, RE20R01 - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. -  This course will take you through the proper forms and disclosures every REALTOR needs to make in the sale or rental of property and will include valuable information on abatement options to best advise your clients.

Dual Agency, RE49R05 - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. -  hWe'll focus solely on dual agency situations, including the duties required of you, the limitations and the juggling of client needs.

Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics, RE33RC01 - 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Enabling Real Estate laws in Massachusetts set minimum standards of legal conduct.  Ethical standards encompass higher principles - learn how to be the best you can be!  Note later end time - satisfies the REALTOR quadrennial code of ethics mandate.
