From thousands of years of continuous practice, Chinese medicine has developed insightful and deep reaching ways to treat sickness and promote well-being. We will discuss the development of some of the major traditions of Chinese medicine, including the 5 Elements and Yin/Yang and how we can apply them to our lives. We will also discuss and practice tongue diagnosis, a tool for understanding the condition of the internal organs. Brendan Kelly is an acupuncturist and herbalist at Jade Mountain Wellness in Burlington, VT.
