When you find the home that’s right for you, it’s smart to be prepared. This class is an overview of the documents you’ll see in a home purchase. We’ll be covering: 

• Examples of standard forms
• Common contingencies like inspection and financing
• The order of events in a typical real estate transaction

At the end of the session, you’ll be familiar with the documents you’ll encounter and will have a good idea of what components of the contract will be important to you when you’re ready to write an offer.
