Summer Tarts Cooking and Baking Workshop

As part of our Bastille Day Celebration, learn how to make your next dessert a crowd pleaser with summer tart recipes from this hands-on workshop.
Let our expert pastry chef-instructors guide you through the doughs, meringues, and classic fillings used to make delicious tarts featuring summer fruits. The secrets you'll learn will be your foundation for creating tarts from scratch in your home kitchen for many years to come.
You'll make a seasonal fresh fruit tart, a seasonal baked fruit tart, and four miniature lemon tart garnished with meringue. Starting with the basics, students will learn how to make two classic French tart doughs: pâte brisée and pâte sucrée. You'll then get into tart construction, working with pastry cream and lemon curd, to produce finished tarts.
