Keynote Speaker:
Frank “Sandy” Rief, III
President of the Duckwall Foundation
Mr. Rief has played a major role in philanthropy in the area for many years as a fundraiser and a donor. He currently serves as the chairperson for the Ringling Museum, members of Foundation Boards for University of South Florida and Florida State University. He is also the past chair of the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay.
