• Vendor load-in is at 10:30AM
• You must check in with the site rep before setting up your space.
Any vendor who sets up a space before 10:30AM without checking in may be
asked to break down their set up and leave the market.
• Vendors may park in the adjacent lot for a fee otherwise street
parking is available.
• No vendor vehicles will be allowed in the aisles after 11am.
• All vendors must set up within the designated spaces, assigned to them.
• No vendor may leave prior to 7:00PM unless otherwise approved by site rep
• All vendors must be out of the market by 8:30PM and no trash is to
be left on vendor spaces. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their
space and the parking lot is completely cleaned.
• Vendor must be checked in by 11am, otherwise they are considered
no-shows and their space will be sold.
Vendors must supply their own canopies (if you want one) and your own
tables, chairs, etc. unless you are renting these supplies from rep.
Your presentation should be neat and professional. (Due to weather
conditions we strongly recommend that you bring a canopy!!!)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however,
all spaces at events from now on will be an additional $10 a per vendor space.
This is going to be a monthly event held on the last Thursday of each month. We're placing 2 banners on the gate of the parking lot starting tonight. The banner reads (in black and hot pink) "Fashion Truck & Sample Sale Every Last Thursday of the Month." We're distributing over 2,000 flyers between now and then at the following locations: Art Walk, surrounding loft and apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, and any other business that are willing to support us. We've also been guaranteed placement on Apparel News' calendar. We've also listed it on event websites and the LA Times calendar. I'm sending a press release to all major media outlets including local news channels, anchors, radio stations, Daily Candy, Pop Sugar, Refinery 29, Racked LA and more by Monday.
Returning this month are 4-6 fashion trucks, 15-30 sample sale vendors, 2-3 food trucks w/ a covered dining area, and a live DJ. We're reaching out to design schools FIDM & OTIS for support and collaboration by the Fall when school is back in. We hope to continue growing this event larger and larger each month, and I know if we all work together as a team we will make this a HUGE success!
