USGBC Maryland presents a timely briefing to learn the inside track to the City’s green building standards – the alternative to LEED; the super commissioning agent; and “hammer fees.”  This is the only place to get a step ahead.  The regulations implementing the mandatory Baltimore Green Building Law, scheduled to be released  December  1, 2009 will be in effect  January  2010  These regulations will impact most private new building and major renovation projects over 10,000 square feet.

Come learn from the key government players who are tasked with implementing the new program:

Michael Braverman, Deputy Commissioner, Permits & Code Enforcement Division, Baltimore Housing

Nadya Morgan, Project Manager, Baltimore City Green Building Standards (BCGBS), Baltimore Housing

Bronwyn Phillips, LEED AP, Project Manager ,  Baltimore City Green Building Standards  ,  Baltimore Housing

Sarah Zaleski, Sustainability  Coordinator , Baltimore City Office of Sustainability
