USGBC Maryland presents a timely briefing to learn the inside track to the City’s green building standards – the alternative to LEED; the super commissioning agent; and “hammer fees.” This is the only place to get a step ahead. The regulations implementing the mandatory Baltimore Green Building Law, scheduled to be released December 1, 2009 will be in effect January , 2010. These regulations will impact most private new building and major renovation projects over 10,000 square feet.
