Maine Culinary Retreat - Introduction to Thai
The complex flavors of Thai cuisine are among my favorites. Learn about Thai ingredients such as fish sauce, palm sugar, coconut milk, galangal and chilies. In this class we will make Pad Thai, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Red Curry with Pumpkin, Thai Basil Chicken and Sticky Rice with Mangoes.
*This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
*Recipes will change with the seasons and what is available in the marketplace.

Come at 3:45 for an hour long, gentle yoga class for an additional $8!
Minimum class size is 3 people. Classes that do not meet the minimum requirements will be rescheduled.
