This retreat will offer in-depth meditation instruction, periods of sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, discussion and a 12 Step meeting. This day-long respite from the busyness of our lives is appropriate both for newcomers (to recovery and/or to Buddhism) as well as to seasoned practitioners. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
Please bring a bag lunch.
