Eugene Wong, Vice President in Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage, is a senior member of the Morgan Stanley Business Consulting team. Eugene is based in San Francisco and oversees Morgan Stanley’s West Coast Best Practices Consulting Practice. Eugene has over 10 years of experience at Morgan Stanley and has worked closely with over 100 alternative investment clients on various projects including real estate procurement, office infrastructure, operating platforms, selection of vendors/service providers and project management. Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

His career's focus has been on helping investment managers start and grow their businesses & he provides comprehensive support to firms throughout the country. His practice centers around forming domestic &offshore hedge funds, private equity funds, & other types of pooled investment vehicles. He also provides advice on management company operational issues, separately managed account structures, as well as registration and compliance matters. He has held a number of exam licenses including: the Series 3, Series 7, Series 24, Series 34, Series 63 and Series 65.

David Warhoftigis a Managing Director and Head Trader for Highside Capital Management in Dallas, TX, where he has been since 2006. David is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP). Prior to Highside, Mr. Warhoftig was the head trader for Cambium Capital in Charlotte, NC for 3 years. David began his career on Wall Street in 1992, working on the floor of the NYSE for Spear, Leeds, & Kellogg and he had a seat on the NYSE from 1997 - 2004 as a specialist with JJC / Fleet Specialist. He is a 1992 graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY with degrees in Economics and Political Science.

In his current role, Jack Wiener oversees business development in North America with a focus on hedge funds and alternative markets. Jack is a contributor to Linedata’s market intelligence reports and is a frequent moderator at indiustry hedge fund events as well as quoted by leading industry trade magazines. During Jack’s 15 year career at Linedata, his roles have included Chief Operating Officer, Head of Global Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Client Services. Jack holds a B.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Yale University.
