When was your last CPR class? When you were pregnant?In school? Would you know what to do for a choking or water emergency? Come to this special CPR event sponsored by Chicago CPR and UrbanSitter. Brush up on your CPR skills while you meet and mingle with UrbanSitter babysitters as they go through the same training. Everyone leaves feeling more confident in theevent of an emergency (and you may just meet your next favorite CPR-certified babysitter!).
This American Heart Association class is especially geared for parents and caregivers. Chicago CPR Instructors have experience working with more than 20,000 new families, andare skilled in the safety challenges that new parents face. Class also includes the other essential safety information specific to new families: SIDS prevention, poisoncontrol and car seat safety. Participants will receive educational take-home products and everyone has a chance to win free raffle gifts.
