Integrating FQHC Healthcare in Permanent Supportive Housing Workshop Series
Los Angeles, CA
This series of three workshops are designed to assist Supportive/Affordable Housing Developers and FQHC’s partner together to ensure that health care services are available to individuals and families residing in supportive housing. UHHP and CSH would like to foster the development of health care/housing projects throughout Los Angeles County. We anticipate that graduates of the workshops series will have the practical tools necessary to move to the next phase of project development. Throughout the series we will encourage natural alliances and help organizations develop the tools to “operationalize” this type of project.
Who should attend this training?
Executive Management of Permanent Supportive Housing/Affordable Housing Development Agencies and Federally Qualified Health Centers that are interested in partnering together to provide physical, mental and substance abuse care to individuals and families residing in supportive/affordable housing.
