Medditeranean Cooking with Chef Carl Peschlow

Join us for an evening of Turkish Delights. This class will focus on the flavors of the Adriatic Seas with herbs and spices native to the area. First off is a Lamb Kebab, grilled with hints of mint. Dolmas are surprisingly easy and fun to make. Roasted Marinated Chicken is flavored with Pomogranate puree combines sweet, salty and tart. For our vegetarian friends we'll create a Melitanosalata which is made with roasted eggplants with parsley seasoning. Lastly, dessert will be a Turkish Rice Pudding to end with a sweet note.
Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. Cost is $80
