Learn how to calculate taxable earnings, deduct correct statutory withholdings (Income Tax, CPP
and EI) and arrive at correct net pay.
Discover how to deal with all the stakeholders involved with payroll – employees, employers, gov-
ernment agencies, insurance and pension companies, workers safety and insurance boards. The course will also cover federal and provincial Payroll compliance legislation.
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Time: Mondays and Wednesdays | 6:30 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. (3.5 weeks, 21 Hours)

Tax Credit: Tuition tax credit forms will be issued.
Certificate: Participants receive a certificate of completion.
If you withdraw more than five business days before the start of the TechSkills class you have enrolled in, an 80% refund by cheque, or a reversal to your credit card, will be processed. If you withdraw five business days, or less, before the start of the TechSkills class you have enrolled in, you will receive no refund.
