Discover Your City

On Monday June 11 from 6:00 p.m.* - 9:00 p.m. at the London Convention Centre (300 York Street, London), the ReThink London Team will be hosting 'Discover Your City'. The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the ReThink process and how existing/ongoing municipal plans will be integrated into the ReThink London master plan before the June 23 events - Your Vision, Your Future. The meeting structure is flexible and topic presentations, which outline the context for How we Live, Green, Grow, Move, and Prosper, will take place on a recurring basis. For more information, please review the meeting agenda below.

*Please note: Given the flexibility of the evening's agenda, attendees are not required to show up at 6:00 p.m. You can arrive when your schedule permits.

Discover your City Agenda

• 5:30 p.m. – Registration begins and participants select their first topic-specific presentation to attend (e.g., Planning 101, Live, Green, Grow, Move, and Prosper)
• 6:00 p.m. – A short Introductory presentation will be delivered by the ReThink London Team that will provide instructions for the meeting and outline the context for the Project
• 6:10 p.m., 6:40 p.m., 7:10 p.m., 7:40 p.m., and 8:10 p.m. – Topic specific presentations and periods for questions of clarification will take place on a half hour rotation. Attendees will have the opportunity to move between topic rooms to see each presentation over the course of the evening.
• 6:10 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. – For those who are new to planning or would simply like to learn more about the function of the City Planning Department, a 'Planning 101' presentation and question and answer period will also be provided hourly.
• 9:00 p.m. - Adjourn
