Hanna Somatic movements will help you train your brain to release chronic muscle tension held in your body.
This 4 hour-workshop (with a 1.5 hr lunch break) provides a set of movements that address all three of the primary reflex patterns that contribute to most of the tension we hold in our bodies (Landau reflex, Startle reflex, Trauma reflex).
Kathy Kerber will guide you through your somatic explorations. She is founder of Persensa and has been a certified Hanna Somatic Educator since 2008. She's been teaching classes for the City of San Jose for 3.5 years and 2.5 years with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
