The workout we will be doing on June 18, 2012, is Chalene Jonhson's TurboFire. TurboFire is a total-body cardio-conditioning workout program with the best music and the best trainer, where you get the best spot in class. The upbeat music motivates you to dial up your intensity levels, doing kickboxing drills an aerobic exercises mixed with dance moves in a class setting. Plus there is a secret weapon called a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which burns up to 9x more fat and calories than traditional cardio.
