Every Day Heroes Emergency Fund.

This Competition is open to everyone! We highly encourage active everyday heroes who serve their communities such as FIREFIGHTERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, EMT’s and MILITARY to participate for FREE in this event for a great cause.
There will be a scaled and RX division. Teams of two and they must be guy/girl!
Scaled Division- Must be able to do pull-ups with a band, step up to 20 inch box, Deadlift 155/105 and will be allowed to do push-ups on knees.
RX- Must be able to do pull-ups, double unders, standard push - ups, 225/155 Deadlifts.
$500.00 Cash Prize to the Winning Team!
Prizes for 2nd and 3rd Place to be announced!
Super Hero costumes are NOT necessary, but they are certainly encouraged as we will be giving away a ton of prizes that day and one of them will be for BEST COSTUME!

Every Day Heroes is a local non- profit organization founded by Kendra, Mark and Francine Cecieta in honor of their Dad and husband, William Cecieta. Bill, is a fallen firefighter from the town of Saugus, Ma who was hurt in the line of duty right here on Route 99 in Saugus. His daughter, Kendra is an avid crossfitter and coach who came up with the idea to create the Every Day Heroes challenge to benefit the foundation, while encouraging others to make having fun and testing your fitness levels into an everyday event. EDH provides resources and delivers educational programs across the globe for families and individuals that continually serve their communities as police, fire , EMT’s and military personnel
ABOUT EVERY DAY HEROES EMERGENCY FUND:
The Every Day Heroes emergency fund’s goal is to provide financial assistance programs to support families and individuals in times of crisis, who have experienced financial turmoil due to an unexpected death or a traumatic injury that was sustained while serving their community in the the line of duty. Finanancial assistance ranges from paying basic living expenses to covering unanticipated expenses due to the loss or injury.
