Next Generation Rugby Camps are 5 day courses offering young people the opportunity to develop in rugby under the guidance of professional coaches. The fun based sessions are hard work for participants but incredibly rewarding.

Next Generation Camps have been devised to help players progress in many areas of their game, with focus on the fundamentals of rugby, looking at core skills, agility through SAQ training, handling, fitness & game sense.

The course covers all aspects of the game from defence to attack, to more position specific work vital to a young player’s development. The course also aims to improve personal confidence and team work. Most importantly the course is exciting, fun and full of rugby enjoyment!
