About Thomas Vander Wal:
Thomas Vander Wal is an information architect best known for coining the term “folksonomy”. He has worked with organizations of all sizes to build better social tools.

Thomas Vander Wal will present some of the lenses he uses to help companies increase user adoption and engagement by better understanding the complexities around social software.
