This session is part of 24EQ, the first ever global, virtual EQ conference (starting 00:00 GMT-Zulu July 6, and continuing for 24 hours around the world)  

Registration is free.  Donations are welcome to the Six Seconds' EQ Scholarship Fund, used to provide emotional intelligence certification training to educators who are committed to increasing EQ for the next generation.

Natalie Roitman is the Chief Consultant  of 6 Seconds China, and  the head of Product Development in New Leaders, an HR consulting firm based in Beijing.  She has been working and living in China for the last 8 years. 

Natalie has worked in both the business and the education realm with both 500 fortune companies and local Chinese companies as well as international schools in china.  She is a guest speaker at the Education TV Channel and leads research campaigns with Fortune China magazine.

Natalie also helps business executives in fast growing companies in china to apply EQ as a powerful change tool to adapt to the uncertainty & improve productivity in management teams.
