You are invited to the Business Incentives Clinic hosted by Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA) and facilitated by Louisiana Economic Development (LED)

 

The Business Incentives Clinic is designed for companies who have been using or plan to use Enterprise Zone and Quality Jobs programs. The clinic will go beyond the basic of each program, and will focus on taking the mystery out of EZ Employee Certification Reports and QJ Annual Certification Reports. This clinic will be helpful to company representatives, accountants, or other personnel who report information to LED for a company project

Program administrators from both Louisiana Economic Development programs will be on-hand to answer questions about forms, reports, and other documentation for Enterprise Zone and Quality Job programs.

• ECR Average Calculation Worksheet
• ES4/SUTA Reports
• Certification of Primary Qualification
• Annual Rebate Spreadsheet
• Baseline Reports
• Employer/Employee share of Basic Health Benefits Plan costs
• Sales tax Rebates
