With just these few recipes in your arsenal, you'll make everyone happy with our classic American recipes. Fried chicken use to be made in home kitchens throughout the nation, but now we're down to grocery stores and chains making this classic dish. Our buttermilk brined chicken is crispy, juicy and not greasy! Mac and Cheese starts with a Bechemel, not a "flavor packet." Topped with Panko, our recipe will soon be one of your favorites. Mashed potatoes can be tricky if you choose the wrong potato, add too much liquid, over/under cook. Come and learn to make consistenly creamy smooth mashed potatoes. Apple pie a la mode finishes the class. Cost is $85. 6:30pm start time.
