Weight Loss Success Series - Jun 2012 - On-line

This is a 4 week program that will compliment any eating system you are using. Join us for the next one and change your relationship with food forever.
Each week will have a topic, however each participant is encouraged to bring specific questions or issues they would like cleared in relation to food, eating, weight and body image. I will follow the energy of the group and what is needed for those who are listening.
Each class will be done via the web and you will recieve a recording of each class. Put it on your phone and listen later.
We will cover:
Food as Addiction & Emotional Eating
Being overweight is often from using food as a means to sooth our
emotions. We eat for rewards, we eat to suppress hurt, rejection or
even anger. We know we are only hurting ourselves but lack the skills
to stop the pattern.
