The past 100 years witnessed profound changes in how college athletics dealt with integration and the increasing participation of black athletes. Through the personal stories of pioneers like Wilt Chamberlain and Bear Bryant, Franklin & Marshall Research Associate Gregory Kaliss explores the subject and will be available to sign copies of his recently published book, “Men's College Athletics and the Politics of Racial Equality.” (Bates Auditorium)
