As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with some hot chai.
Learn to make four different types of Indian chutneys in this fun filled class from scratch. We'll be preparing mint, coconut, tamarind (sweet & sour & slightly spicy), and tomato chutney using fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices - nothing preserved or pre-packaged here! We'll need something to taste all these delicious chutneys with, right? Some fresh-of-the-stove hot mixed vegetables pakoras should be able to handle the job just right. Trust me, you don't want to miss out from this awesome class :)
Mint Chutney => better known as 'that green dipping sauce from the restaurants'.
Tamarind Chutney => better known as 'that brown dipping sauce from the restaurants'.
Address to the class will be provided after registration.
