Course description: Using the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator, participants gain a major tool for improving communication and boosting “people skills.” The program includes individual results of Myers Briggs and identification of specific strategies to help grow individual strengths and to help better understand how to work with those who are different than you.The Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator measures one’s natural preferences on the four components of personality. By fully understanding these four natural preferences, you are more conscious of your natural strengths and how to best use those strengths to meet your needs effectively in any given situation.

Jason Young has been called a “rare breed” when it comes to developing leaders and customer service initiatives. As a former senior-level manager at Southwest Airlines, Jason learned the value of a successful workplace culture. He has even returned to his old turf – Southwest Airlines – to extend his knowledge as a corporate training consultant in leadership development area once again. He has even captured his philosophy of creating high performance cultures in his recent book, Culturetopia - the ultimate high performance workplace.
