When and Where: Tuesday, July 31st through Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at Kauffman Laboratories for Entreprise Creation in Kansas City, MO.
> Tuesday, July 31st, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: cocktail reception.
> Wednesday, August 1st, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm: facilitator training followed by a dinner and reception at the Kauffman Foundation. (Lunch and continental breakfast are also included.)
> Thursday, August 2nd, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm: training continued. (Lunch and continental breakfast are also included.)
Registration: Kauffman registration is $795 per person plus processing fee. Registration includes facilitator training, Tuesday cocktail reception, continental breakfast, lunch and Wednesday reception dinner.
Hotel accommodations: A discounted rate of $139 per night has been negotiated at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. For hotel registration call 1-800-810-3708. Be sure to ask for the Ice House Facilitator Training Group discount rate if calling. Please make your reservations by 7/20. Complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the conference center will be provided.
