Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. In the Sicilian food culture there is no such thing as a "main course", but rather a series of courses. This 5 course dinner will be one of flavor and delight as we enjoy the traditional dishes this wonderful island has to offer.
ANTIPASTO: Imported Italian Salume, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Wild Flower Honey with Artisan Breads
PRIMO: Eggplant Caponata (Sicily's most famous, chilled eggplant dish)
SECONDO: Scudio (Meatball & Escarole Soup w/Pecorino Cheese)
TRES: Tunnato Putanesco - fire grilled Ahi Tuna over Spicy Tomato Caper Linguine Pasta
DOLCI: Is there any other Cannoli? Chef Amanda will spin her twist on this classic with Local Wild berries.
