Attribution Anxiety in a Multi-Channel World

The CeC will be hosting a panel discussion at the Title Nine offices in Emeryville to address Attribution Anxiety.

Marketers are wrestling with the problem of cross-channel attribution: As 5, 10 and 15 contacts across multiple channels becomes the norm in driving sales, understanding what each channel adds to the entire retail footprint is becoming more unclear, yet more vital to our long term growth and success.

Danielle Savin of Lyons Consulting Group will be moderating a discussion with Claire Gordon from Viva Terra and David Tjen of Art.com. Our panelists will share and educate how multi-channel brands are analyzing their marketing spend to maximize overall growth and ROI in each channel.

  ABOUT DANIELLE SAVIN
Danielle is the Director, Retail Strategy Consulting at Lyons Consulting Group. Danielle's hands-on experience in design, usability, all forms of eMarketing, eMerchandising, technology, organization, and outsourcing positions her as one of the most seasoned consultants in this industry. In a career spanning more than 20 years in the industries of eCommerce, direct marketing and traditional/brand marketing, Danielle combines experience, vision and talent to assess business needs, develop strategy, and implement and monitor deployment, which allows e-retailing clients to successfully compete across all channels.

Catalog & eCommerce Club

Our club was established in August 1987 by Susan Rice Rappaport, Betsy Witthohn, Linda Racine, Bob Wrubel and James West, who transformed a "catalogers for lunch" bunch into a viable organization that serves the greater good. Today, the Club's membership consists of small companies to those listed on Multi-Channel Marketers' 100 top corporations. Membership segments are typically one of three types: catalog and interactive marketers, agencies and consultants, and industry suppliers.
