Thai food can be the perfect cuisine to highlight fresh, raw ingredients, and in the heat of summer there is nothing more refreshing in a meal. In this class we’ll work with seasonal ingredients and herbs to create delicious Thai meals packed with flavor that help keep us feeling light and energized during these long, hot days! Thai food is full of aromatic components and incorporates fresh herbs, chilies, and vegetables for balanced, harmonious meals that are quick and easy to make. You’ll never want to pick up the phone again for Thai take-out after you see how easy and delicious it is to avoid those menu options heavy in oils and other unhealthy ingredients. A fresh Thai-style dessert and condiments will also be part of the menu so you can leave having created an entire meal, with the knowledge of how to make these dishes again and again. So come learn how to work with simple, raw ingredients to make the most of fresh, summer ingredients, Thai-style!
