* The purpose of the Annual Meeting is for members of the Council to: elect a Board of Directors for the 2009-10 Council year; receive the Chairman’s report on the State of the Council as required by the Bylaws; and transact any other business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting. All CBIC members are encouraged to attend and are asked to fax a signed proxy – download at www.cvillebic.org – on or before June 29, to (434) 295-3144, whether attending the Annual Meeting in person or not.
