Event Details
The perfect follow-up class to Beginner Inversions and for anyone who wants to expand their repertoire of pole inversions. This mixed level class is unique in that we check in at the start of each class to see what you would like to do! Custom made for all pole dancers of all levels. The curriculum includes new moves never taught before as well as attention to refining the moves you may know or are working on. Super fun.
4-6 students means you are on the pole as much as you want and receive a lot of personal instructor attention.
Class includes additional and optional 4 hours of free open studio pole practice time w/o instructor. Arrive 1hr before class.

Bring your water bottle and some fun clothes to class. We practice on mats and crash pads. You can bring non-spike heeled shoes and boots toclass. Barefoot is good.

Catherine Rose, Founder, Owner & Operator of Slinky Productions, has been teaching exotic dance in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2000. She is a leading expert and pioneer in the field of exotic dance for personal empowerment and sexy fitness.
Catherine is a former exotic dancer and uses her personal experience to demystify the culture while making the movements accessible and exceptionally fun to women of all ages and body types.
