Cooking for one can be easy, quick and fun. We'll show you how.  Cooking first starts with shopping and we'll discuss various strategies to get just the ingredients that you need. Now, what do cook that's easy to make, tasty to eat and simple to clean up afterwards?  Our menu will include a Seasonal Greens with Goat Cheese and dried fruit.  A stuffed chicken breast with wild mushroom sauce serves as our entree complemented with seasonal greens.  Lastly, we'll make a batch of carrot cake muffins that is just perfect for dessert or breakfast!
