 ABOUT THE PRESENTER AND THE WORKSHOP :

Lundy Bancroft is an author, workshop leader, and activist on trauma, abuse, and healing. He offersdramatically new ways to understand the behavior of abusers and strategies for holding them accountable. Lundy is the author of three books in the field, including Why Does He Do That?, When Dad Hurts Mom, and the national prize-winner The Batterer as Parent.  He is also one of the creators of the Healthy Alliance  approach to personal recovery.  He specializes in interventions for abusive men and the children that are exposed to them.  He also brings fresh insight into the emotional injuries that trauma and abuse cause, their lasting effects, and how to support healing.

Workshop Cost:   $40 (which includes lunch and CEU/CLE credits)

CEU/CLE Credits:  This training provides 7 CEU/ CLE credits.  CEU and CLE credits are provided courtesy of the Family Justice Center of Hillsborough County . 

CEU's are approved for Florida Licensed Mental Health Providers, Licensed Social Workers, Licensend Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychologists, Limited License Psychologists and School Psychologists (Provider #50-7820 exp. 3/31/2011).
