National BBQ Day Grill Off

Take four Napoleon grills, four awesome chefs, a couple of Niagara wines and you get a recipe for a delicious afternoon supporting a great cause. Come meet chefs Therese Degrace, Matt Kantor, Mike Langley and Tim Tufts as they flip and sizzle traditional and non-traditional BBQ fare they each created to pair with Generation Seven White and Red wines. Each chef will host a brief demo on their favourite grilling secret so you can be the master of your grill on National BBQ Day. Michèle Bosc will also be on hand to share her thoughts on pairing wine with grilled dishes. Which will be your favourite match? Vote on Meal Exchange’s Facebook page. And to help us celebrate all things local, Niagara-on-the-Lake’s own Mrs. Johnston will be performing throughout the afternoon.
