Cluster 4 will be hosting a Principals' Retreat focusing on the Special Education Reform on Wednesday, May 16, 2012.  Included in the morning's activities will be a panel discussion featuring Elementary, Middle, and High School Phase I and non-Phase I principals, Break-out sessions on flexible programming facilitated by principals, and the Keynote Address will be delivered by Deputy Chancellor, Laura Rodriguez.
