The Builder Realty Council of Metropolitan Denver invites you to join us for our annual July Summer Luncheon. is year’s luncheon features a one-hour CE credit class by Jim Kaiser of Advantage Credit Inc. from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. The class will focus on how you can increase buying power and understand credit scores in addition to helping your customer understand:
• Credit score ranges, scoring models and how they are calculated
• What is the best mix of credit to obtain the highest score, which
will maximize your customer's buying potential
• What to do and not to do with their credit when considering a
new purchase or re nance
• How derogatory information (including Divorce Settlements,
No-Credit situations, etc.) may effect their credit and buying
potential
• How to increase their potential buying power with better scores
• How to protect yourself from identity theft and fraud
• How current changes in the market impact scores
After the class, we invite you to network with your industry peers from 11:00 am -11:30 am. The luncheon will run from 11:30 am –1:00 pm and will feature a panel discussion. Panel speakers includeJoe DiVito of the DiVito Team, Dave Viger, CO Division President of Richmond American Homes, and John Covert of Metrostudy. Mark Samuelson of Samuelson & Associates will serve as our moderator.
The Builder Realty Council is a non-profit organization whose board of Directors is equally represented by Real Estate Brokers, Builders and Affiliate members. Its purpose is to foster harmony between Builders and REALTORS, which will result in the sale of more new homes to the benefit of both professions, and to elevate the professional excellence and public acceptance of the real estate industry in general.
