Join us for the inaugural Old Bowie Arts Festival.  This a a street festival celebrating the arts!  We will have local music and theatre performances.  We will also have all types of artist, painters, sculptors, photographers, and crafters.  So join us on Sunday May 27th.  from 11-4.
