Join us for our 3rd Breakfast Roundtable as we explore the Energy & Atmosphere. Light breakfast w/coffee & juice is included. Registration begins at 8 am, Program at 8:30a The morning starts with networking and lite breakfast. A general overview of the EA credits will be followed by a panel discussion to expolore the credit applications across the LEED rating systems. (NC, CI, CS, EB/OM) Brad Boutilier, PE will lead the general overview of Energy and Atmosphere credits, joined by Amy Wortman, LEED AP and Joseph Baumgartner, PE, TBE, CxA for a panel discussion. The experience represented by these 3 individuals should provide a very educational event.

PANEL BIOS:
Brad Boutilier has over 10 years of experience designing, specifying and managing mechanical aspects of commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a BSME and obtained a MBA from the University of Baltimore. He is experienced with the design and energy modeling of LEED NC, C+S, and CI projects, and has experience implementing many sustainable design strategies.Amy Wortman is a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED AP. She is the founder of Energy Design Group, Inc., a firm dedicated to helping clients achieve greater energy efficiency and LEED certification. Her experience with energy efficiency and HVAC systems spans over 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She is on the Board of Directors of the USGBC MD, and on the Northeast Corridor Regional Council of the USGBC, a member of the ASHRAE and of the Association of Energy Engineers.
Joseph E. Baumgartner, III P.E., TBE, CxA is the President of Baumgartner, Inc., the past Baltimore office of Baltimore Air Balance Company. He has over 30 year experience and has coauthored the AABC Commissioning Guideline. Joseph is a member of ASHRAE, TAU BETA PI, PSPE and the US Green Building Council. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, a certified Test and Balance Engineer, and a certified Commissioning Agent.
