Have a Ball! Golf Outing
Please register to play no later than July 15, 2009
1. GOLF - Treat clients, employees and yourself to a great day! Each golfer will enjoy a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, a goody bag, beverages, and a BBQ lunch. A shotgun start ensures all golfers time to meet after golf, network, and participate in the Raffle.
Trophies for best foursome, best score, longest drive, best dressed and a few others we haven't thought of yet will be awarded at the western-style BBQ lunch. Expect new contests with great prizes, and good old standbys like the Win $10,000! Hole-in-One Challenge courtesy of Nationwide Insurance of Lakewood and lots more ways to have a ball!
This full and exciting day is only $75 per golfer if paid before July 1st and $85 after thereafter, Just $35 for each person who joins us only for lunch and networking.
Each person can register individually and simply note who they would like to play with on their registration form. Don’t have a foursome, don’t worry!! You can register as an individual or a twosome and you will be placed in a group for the event.
2. SPONSORSHIPS - Sponsorship is an excellent way to gain exposure for your business. If you would like to be a sponsor at this year's event, please email Ruthie Koenigsmark at rkoenigsmark@familyhaven.org by July 1, 2009.
3. DONATE RAFFLE ITEMS - Donations of raffle, silent auction and goodie bag items can provide exposure to your company and support your organization. Thank you for your support and your items! If you would like to make a donation or have any further questions, please contact Ruthie Koenigsmark at 440-250-2773 or by email at rkoenigsmark@familyhaven.org. Donations must be received by July 1, 2009.
