Gala for Giving
Gala for Giving is an event production company born from the idea of two friends and bay area moms who share a passion for shopping, fashion and event planning. Combining those with their desire to give back to the community. Janet Falkner and Gretchen Thomas decided to launch Gala for Giving. They plan fabulous events and donate a portion of the proceeds to local charities.
Gala for Giving's shopping events provide a forum for local designers to get exposure to a vibrant shopping community on the peninsula while showing off their collections. Shoppers get to meet the designers who are encouraged to give special event pricing while local boutiques can browse for new and exciting talent for their stores.
