Class Outline:

-       Goat Chop Kachchi Biryani

-       Raita

-       Gulabjamuns

As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with some hot chai.

We'll begin this class by making the Gulabjamuns first so that we can allow this delicious dessert to soak in the light sugar syrup for a while before we eat them. Before starting to cook our main course, you'll learn about the history of biryani and the three methods of preparation. We'll then jump right into making it from scratch using the most authentic method, nothing prepared or preserved will be used here! Fresh Goat chops will be used from a local farm. You'll roll up your sleeves and get to work. While the biryani cooks, we'll prepare a raita made with yogurt that will serve as a side dish, as well as a cooling element in case anyone finds the biryani to be too spicy.

We'll all sit down to enjoy the biryani, raita, and the gulabjamuns at the end of the class.

This class is an awesome idea for a date night, girls' night out, as a fun activity with friends, as a Mother's Day gift, or as a treat for yourself.
