We offer this complimentary "taster" teleclass so you can get a feel for how Seishindo work with the language of the body. During the class, I will facilitate "an embodied conversation" with two participants. When I help facilitate one person, most everyone in the group will gain new insights, which I will invite people to share. Beyond this, I will also discuss some of the key Seishindo theories, and field questions from the participants. A taster class should give you a good understanding of the value our Embodied Presence telecourse can offer you.

The teleclass is led by Charlie Badenhop. Charlie is the originator of Seishindo, an Aikido instructor, NLP trainer, and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist.
